The 6th edition of the Arłamów Business Challenge, a prestigious event for representatives of the largest companies and corporations from all over Poland, took place from 30 June to 2 July 2024 in the picturesque scenery of Arłamów. Following the keynote "Building Bridges: Strategies for Integrating Generations in the Business Environment", the invited guests and experts jointly reflected on the challenges and strategies for integrating generations in today's organisations.
In the rapidly changing business world, it is becoming increasingly important to bring generations together and draw on the diverse experience of employees. In response to this need, the 6th edition of the Arłamów Business Challenge was held under the title: "Building Bridges: Strategies for Integrating Generations into the Business Environment". Invited guests, speakers and experts had a unique opportunity to discuss how to combine knowledge and experience with youthful energy and innovation.
Dr Monika Sońta (organisational communication expert and technology sociologist), Romeo Grzębowski (Chief Inspiration Officer at Extended Tools Polska), Maja Gojtowska (HR trends observer, consultant, trainer) and Iwona Wencel (HR Executive, HR Performance Mentor), accompanied by the host Maciej Kautz and with the active participation of the event's participants, presented key issues related to generational diversity in the business environment - at the same time answering the question of how to build bridges using the different experiences of representatives of successive generations, taking into account their needs. Some of the conclusions drawn were particularly surprising.
The next item on the substantive parts was a debate with the following participants: Monika Wojnowska (SAMSUNG), Małgorzata Michalczyk (Colliers), Agnieszka Majkowska (Pru), Justyna Jankowska (NetWorks) and Maciej Straus (Hotel Arłamów). The discussion was moderated by Roman Młodkowski.
