Overcome your fear of heights and trust your skills at the Rope Park. Choose a route tailored to you. On the route you will meet many obstacles to overcome: wall, tyrolean, tunnel net, swings, vertical net, Indian jump, moving footbridge, V-beams, terraced trapeze or speleo corridor. A rope park means adventure and fun. It is a place frequented by children and adults, those who like movement and challenges and want to test their skills. Crossing a track with obstacles suspended from trees requires physical fitness, agility, good coordination and courage. Book your ticket online - here.

The park covers an area of about 1 hectare and is situated on 44 trees. Importantly, the installation method does not damage the trees. Each day 300-400 people will be able to use the attraction, making it a great option not only for children and families, but also for organized groups and companies.
The rope park fits in perfectly with the #ArlaMOVE sports program. It is a great form of sports entertainment and recreation for the whole family. Of course, it arouses the greatest interest among children and teenagers, but adults are also eager to test their abilities. Overcoming obstacles does not require special preparation, no specialized equipment is needed, but general fitness and agility are useful, as well as a short warm-up, as before any activity. It's also a way to face one's fears, especially those related to heights, and a good exercise for the mind, because in order to get from one point to another, one has to show a bit of cleverness and concentration, maintain balance, know how to take steps, what to grab onto in order to cover the route most easily - explains Radoslaw Korczak, Sports and Recreation Manager at the Arlamow Hotel.
