The sports heart of the entire complex is a modern sports hall divided into two parts: the main hall and a tennis hall. The complex also has several smaller halls for other sports activities.
At the Arłamów Sports Centre you can play volleyball, handball, basketball, tennis, squash and even mini golf. We also have a professional climbing wall.
The climbing wall at the Arłamow Hotel in the mountains, with a height of 14 to 19 meters and a climbing area of 350 m2, is one of the highest climbing walls in Poland. Guests can rent the necessary equipment on site. In the interest of safety, use of the wall is possible after initial training and under the supervision of instructors.
The two full-size tennis courts located in the tennis hall are separated by special fencing curtains, which ensures safety and comfort of play, even during the most fierce games. The hall measures 40 x 37 x 19 m, has a GERFLOR Recreation 45 surface, and is also equipped with professional tennis sets with ILTF standard. During breaks in matches, guests can relax in a special area for players. There are also 4 locker rooms (four-person) with full sanitary facilities at the players' disposal. In the Hall, you can also sign up for professional tennis lessons conducted by our instructors.

The gym and fitness club were created for both Guests who want to spend time actively, building their form, and athletes. In the Sports Hall of the Arłamow Hotel**** there are superbly equipped two gyms - sports and medical cardio - of varying difficulty. It is here, under the watchful eye of qualified instructors, that our guests can train safely, while athletes will get professional support and access to professional equipment to enable them to train, regardless of the sport they practice.

The Main Hall is covered with a wooden, double-legged floor (Barlinek sports board with PZKosz certification). Thanks to its modular design, it can be divided into three independent sectors and used as: a central basketball court, a volleyball court, a handball court, a futsal court, and three volleyball training courts.
For amateur squash players we have prepared four McWil courts, in the best premium version with World Squash Federation certification. A locker room with full sanitary facilities is at the disposal of the players. Those wishing can take professional lessons under the guidance of our instructor. There is also an equipment rental shop on site.
There are two professional shooting ranges in the Arlamow Sports Hall with respectively: 7 and 5 shooting lanes. The length of the tracks allows shooting at a distance of 25 meters, both with air and sharp weapons. The shooting ranges are equipped with overrun and rotating targets. All interested parties can test their skills here, under the supervision of qualified staff, checking their shooting skills with several types of weapons.
