The Arłamow Hotel Sports Center features as many as 33 sports! From bicycles and rollerblades, to a climbing wall and tennis courts, to a professional golf course. Regardless of your skills, we guarantee that everyone will find something for themselves. Our instructors provide professional advice and assistance.
We try to enable guests to meet nature as closely as possible, so we are constantly creating new and unique offers. One of them are forest baths, which have a calming effect and help quiet the mind, and classes with slings among the trees, which are stretching and relaxation exercises. More information and detailed offers coming soon! For the less demanding, we recommend Nordic walking or just walking.
Junior Academy is part of the idea of ArlaMOVE. It is a porgramme of activities for the youngest guests of the hotel, with instructor supervision provided in groups of no more than 10 people. The classes are a way for children to actively spend time and a moment of rest for parents.
We know how difficult it is to return to the pre-pandemic work system. We also perfectly understand the needs of teams and want to help them rebuild relationships. We present a business version of Arłamov's program - MICEMOVE, or integration through competitions, games and joint activities. Arłamow is the perfect place to organize a joint trip!
