The Biblical Garden and Park of Miniatures of Wooden Architecture in Myczkowce

The Biblical Garden in Myczkowce was established at the turn of 2009 and 2010.

It is the second such attraction in Poland. Visitors will find here over 110 species of plants located at different stands, and a col- ourful wall of leaves and flowers of 40 climber species on the left of the park promenade. At the entrance you will find a small wooden shop offering souvenirs and interesting literature. Admission to the garden is free.Visitors walk along a 230m long, one-way route. Different plants and architectural models relate to the Bible.Visitors will also find quo- tations from the Holy Scriptures connected with a given plant species or event. Special atmosphere of this place is also created by the music played at the background.

In the Centre in Myczkowce there is also a Park of Miniatures of Wooden Architecture with about 140 mock-ups of the oldest wood- en Catholic and Orthodox churches scaled at 1 : 25. They show the stylistic diversity of the ecclesiastical wooden architecture, specific for different ethnic groups inhabiting the territory of present Polish-Slo- vak-Ukrainian borderland.
