Making a booking is equivalent to accepting the Hotel Regulations and the Regulations of Sale and Redemption of Vouchers.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at the Reception upon arrival.
Tourist tax - 2 zł per day (children and adults) is collected at the hotel. The voucher is not redeemable for cash. If the value is partially used, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
