The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates, winter/summer vacations.
To make a reservation, simply click on the active link on the voucher or enter the voucher reference number in the booking engine on the hotel website in the "enter code" section.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the Hotel Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale and Redemption of Vouchers.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at the Reception upon arrival.
Tourist tax - 2 zł per day (children and adults) is collected at the hotel.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash. If the value is partially used, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
